LCS Heating and Cooling of Indianapolis, IN is hiring for a full-time Client Services Representative / CSR to join our customer service team and provide exceptional help for both our client base and stellar field team. This Client Services Representative / CSR position earns a competitive wage of $15/hour, and after 90 days, you would be eligible for fantastic benefits, including 50% company-paid health and vision, bonuses, a $20,000 life insurance policy, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO). After 1 year, we provide a simple IRA with up to 3% company match and an additional 16 hours of paid time off (PTO) earned on work anniversary each year! We have a blast at our company outings and are moving to a new building in June! In this customer service position, you can expect to work Monday-Friday, from 8 am-5 pm with an hour for lunch. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF CLIENT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE / CSR

As our Client Services Representative / CSR, you are the "go-to" person at our company. A lot of information flows through our office, and you make sure that it is accessible and accurately organized. Employees and clients alike depend on you for accurate information as well as exceptional customer service! You spend much of your time answering phones, scheduling, and resolving issues for customers. You are flexible and adapt to changing situations and easily make connections with a variety of people. You conduct follow up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain open lines of communication with our maintenance and service departments.

Using your amazing organizational skills, you keep everything running smoothly and efficiently. You provide fantastic customer service as you communicate with clients and you maintain accurate records, process customer accounts, and file documents. You enjoy keeping busy with a variety of tasks throughout the day and get great satisfaction out of ensuring that the administrative side of your job work is taken care of accurately and on-time!

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Tech-savvy
  • Comfortable and proficient in using Microsoft Office and email
  • Learn company software and manage our maintenance department including the service calendar
  • Able to adapt to schedule changes that may be based on seasonal changes, including daily or weekly changes
  • Animal lover! (our cat Minnie lives at our shop)
